Seven years on heat pumps
Heat Pump Installation and 0% Financing in Everett, MA
Trade the old boiler for a cold-climate heat pump that cools too, while rebates and a 0% loan carry much of the bill so far less leaves your account on install day, even for a two-family near the Malden River.

What you can count on from us
Seven years at it
We have spent 7 years putting heat pumps into Everett-area homes, mostly older ones that once leaned on oil or gas.
Licensed in Massachusetts
Our licensed contractor oversees each job and pulls whatever permits the town asks for.
Incentives sorted early
Rebate odds and loan fit get a look before you pick out a single unit.
A one-page money picture
Price, probable rebate and loan amount sit together on paper you can take to the kitchen table.
No orphaned boiler
Whether the old heater leaves, goes dark or stays on standby is settled at the outset.
What Can We Take Off Your Plate?
Nearly every caller asks some version of the same thing: could I really afford to get off oil this year? The answer lives in three places at once, the rebate, the financing and the house. Here is the work we do to find it.
Heat Pump Installation
A ducted or ductless setup drawn from a careful heat loss look at your rooms, then fired up, checked and explained to you in person.
Mass Save Rebate Help
We find out whether the house qualifies, steer you to the no-cost Home Energy Assessment when it is still missing, pick program-listed equipment and prepare the claim forms alongside you.
0% HEAT Loan Financing
Zero-interest borrowing through the HEAT Loan, which banks and credit unions in the program offer, with our proposal and the authorization paperwork ready for whichever lender you settle on.
Ductless Mini-Splits
Compact indoor heads, mounted high, set near the floor or recessed overhead, for radiator houses, top-floor apartments, finished attics, sunrooms and that one stubborn bedroom.
Oil & Gas Heating Replacement
A tired boiler or furnace burning oil, propane or gas swapped for a heat pump, and the old unit hauled off, shut down for good or left as cold-snap standby.
So What Happens After You Call?
We talk about the house
How is it heated now, who sends the electric bill, how old is the boiler and what bugs you most about winter? Those answers tell us which programs deserve a closer look.
We read the program rules for you
Next we compare your situation with what the rebate and the 0% loan each ask for. Never had an energy assessor through the house? We explain how to book one, and it costs you nothing.
We visit, measure and write it up
Rooms, windows and insulation get measured and the old equipment gets a look. The proposal then lays equipment, price, expected rebate and loan figure side by side.
We install, start up and file
The crew sets the equipment inside and out, routes the lines and the old heater is dealt with as agreed. After startup you get a lesson on the controls, and the program forms get finished with you.
Why Do Homeowners Keep Talking to Us?
Heat pumps stop feeling complicated once someone sets the pieces down in order. Mostly that is our job: slow the conversation, explain each step and write it all down.
Scope spelled out in writing
Before the first bracket goes up, you hold a written scope naming each unit, the path of every line set, the fate of the old boiler or furnace and how the cleanup will go. Change something and the paper changes before the work does.
Your numbers before your signature
Installed price, the rebate you appear to qualify for, the HEAT Loan figure and your remaining share all share one page. No dollar amount shows up for the first time on a final bill.
Equipment chosen for real winters
We specify heat pumps listed for cold-climate duty, machines built to keep pushing warm air on those raw January nights when an older design would quit.
Where Do We Install Around Everett?
Everett is a city of two-families, triple-deckers and older singles, plenty of them still warmed by a basement oil burner or a gas furnace well past retirement age. From the streets by the Malden River to the blocks along Route 16, these houses pose the same riddle: cramped cellars, radiators where ducts would be and floors that never agree on temperature. We cover Everett plus the Middlesex and Suffolk County communities that ring it, and the method never changes from one address to the next.
Multi-family buildings, one unit at a time
A two-family or triple-decker gets its own plan per apartment, so each household runs its own thermostat and the outdoor units land where they do the least harm to a small yard.
Radiator houses with no ducts
No ductwork to borrow? Ductless heads deliver heat and cooling straight to each room without tearing open walls for new runs.
Utility details settled first
Around here the electric and gas companies take part in Mass Save, which usually keeps the rebate and HEAT Loan in play. We double-check your account before anyone drives over.

Questions Worth Asking Before You Switch
Plain replies to what neighbors ask us again and again, trimmed so you can skim.
What kind of warranty comes with the work?
It is written into your proposal, so you can read every line before agreeing to anything. That covers the manufacturer's terms on the equipment and any registration step they require. If a clause reads like fog, ask and we will go through it together.
How does the 0% HEAT Loan actually work?
Think of it as Mass Save's zero-interest loan, for up to $25,000, with the money supplied through the program's participating lenders. Before the lender says yes, it wants an active Mass Save utility account at the address, our written proposal and the program's authorization form, and an inspector checks the finished job. Approval and terms are the lender's call alone.
Can households with lower incomes get larger rebates?
Yes. Mass Save keeps a separate, richer incentive track for income-eligible households. Qualifying turns on how many people live in the home and what they earn, and the program, not us, decides. We help you ask early so the plan rests on the right figures.
Whole-home or partial-home: how do they differ?
A whole-home system is sized to carry the entire house through winter by itself; a partial one covers certain rooms or zones and lets the existing heater handle the rest. Whole-home setups can earn the bigger Mass Save rebate, up to $8,500 in 2026, once the home is weatherized and the other conditions are met. Partial-home rebates run smaller.
Will heat pumps work in my two-family or triple-decker?
These buildings are a natural match. Every apartment can have its own outdoor unit plus indoor heads or an air handler, so each floor sets its own comfort. Porches, back yards and roof lines all get considered before a single hole is drilled.
What becomes of the oil tank once I switch?
It hinges on whether the oil boiler goes or stays. When the heat pump takes the zone over completely, the old burner is removed or disconnected and the tank can leave with it. Keep the boiler as cold-night backup and the tank stays in use, with integrated controls deciding when the burner fires.
Does the house need insulation work before the rebate?
For the whole-home rebate, it does: the house must be brought up to the insulation and air sealing level its Home Energy Assessment calls for. That visit costs you nothing and ends with a list of insulation and air sealing jobs, which come with sizable incentives too. Partial-home rebates ask less.
Do these programs cover a house I rent out?
Frequently, yes. Owners of two- to four-unit buildings use both the rebate and the HEAT Loan, with each apartment reviewed separately. The usual conditions about utility accounts and someone living there full time through winter still apply, so we go over them on the first call.
Old house, odd rooms: how is the right size picked?
By heat loss, never by the nameplate on the old boiler. We measure rooms, windows and insulation and note where drafts sneak in, then choose equipment that matches what the house gives up on a frigid night. Too big and it short-cycles; too small and the far bedroom stays chilly.
Who Is on the Other End of the Line?
HVAC Financing Everett is a heat pump installer that gives the arithmetic as much care as the copper and wiring. We would much rather you grasp your rebate, your loan and your equipment than sign a page you skimmed. Unhurried answers are the whole idea.
