Five ways we help
Heat Pump and Financing Services
From sizing the system to filing the rebate, each service aims to shrink the up-front cost and make the switch understandable.
Is it the equipment you feel unsure about, or the money? For most homeowners it is both, and the two are knotted together. The heat pump you choose affects the rebate you can earn, and the rebate affects how much of the 0% HEAT Loan you need. That is why our services overlap on purpose. Installation covers the system itself. Rebate help and loan help cover the programs that lower and spread the cost. Mini-splits and heating replacement cover the two situations we meet most often in older homes: no ductwork at all, and an oil or gas heater on its last legs.
Which of These Matches Your Situation?
Heat Pump Installation
Warmth in February and cool air in August from equipment matched to each room, explained control by control after startup.
Mass Save Rebate Help
As much as up to $8,500 for eligible whole-home systems in 2026. We check the rules, match the equipment and prepare the forms with you.
0% HEAT Loan Financing
Borrow up to $25,000 at 0% through a lender taking part in the program. Your proposal and forms come from us, ready to hand over.
Ductless Mini-Splits
Heating and cooling per room with no new ductwork. A natural fit for radiator homes, triple-deckers and finished attics.
Oil & Gas Heating Replacement
Retire the old boiler or furnace, or keep it as cold-snap backup on smart controls. Either way the plan is fixed before work starts.
Common Threads Across Our Work
Questions answered patiently
However basic the question, you get a full answer and time to think it over.
Figures side by side
Price, likely rebate and loan amount appear together in one written proposal.
Old heat accounted for
Each plan names the fate of the boiler or furnace you have now.
Unsure Which Box to Tick?
Plenty of jobs blend several of these, say a mini-split install funded partly by a rebate and partly by the HEAT Loan. Describe the house and we will suggest a sensible place to begin.
