Who we are
About HVAC Financing Everett
Installers who believe a homeowner should understand every number before a heat pump goes in.
How Did We End Up Doing It This Way?
Across 7 years installing heat pumps, we kept noticing the same pattern from house to house. The equipment was rarely what kept people awake. The money was. Owners would hear about rebates and 0% loans, then give up once the forms, the assessment and the lender steps started stacking up. So we changed how we work. Every project now opens with the programs: which rebate the home might earn, whether the HEAT Loan fits and what has to come first. Equipment talk waits until after that. HVAC Financing Everett grew out of that habit. We are a licensed contractor in Massachusetts, and our days are spent in the older homes of Everett and its neighbors, many of them two-families and triple-deckers still burning oil or gas. We take time to explain, we write things down and we would rather answer the same question twice than leave you guessing.
What Are We Trying to Do?
Put heat pumps within reach of more homeowners without asking them to cover the whole cost on day one. That means using every incentive the house qualifies for, pairing it with 0% financing where it helps and explaining both so clearly that the decision feels like yours.
What Makes Us Different?
Seven years installing
Our 7 years with heat pumps have mostly been spent in older homes with radiators, tight basements and oil tanks.
A licensed contractor
We hold a contractor license in Massachusetts and pull the permits each project calls for.
Programs before equipment
Rebate and HEAT Loan come first, so the system you choose fits the help available.
Written scope
Units, line routes, old system plans and cleanup all get written down before work begins.
Cold-climate focus
Equipment is chosen to keep heating through the harshest stretches of winter.
Afternoon and evening hours
Someone picks up seven days running, from early afternoon into the evening when you are home from work.
